PALU - Genocide Watch Training Manual on Genocide

This Training Manual on Genocide and Genocide Prevention was written by Genocide Watch for a Training Workshop for African Lawyers sponsored by the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU) in Arusha, Tanzania March 18 - 19, 2025. The Workshop was conducted in English and French. Over one hundred African Lawyers attended, both in person and virtually from across the African continent.

The Training Manual is published here subject to revisions and additions by PALU for use in future Training Workshops on Genocide and Genocide Prevention.

Genocide Watch is grateful to PALU for holding the Training Workshop, having Genocide Watch draft the Training Manual, and for bringing Genocide Watch staff to Arusha to help the distinguished Workshop faculty conduct the Workshop.

The Training Manual is published under a Creative Commons copyright. It may be republished without charge so long as it is published with full credit to PALU and Genocide Watch and without alteration.
